How much is your delivery fee?
Our current delivery fee is $5 to the suburbs listed below. Delivery is free for orders over $200.
What are your delivery days and pickup times?
PICKUP: Pickup orders placed before 12pm will be available for same day pickup after 2:30pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be next day pickup. We will contact you once your order is ready and to let you know if there are any delays.
DELIVERY: Our order cut-off times are as follows
Orders by   MON  12pm --> Delivery MON 4pm-8pm
Orders by   WED  12pm --> Delivery WED 4pm-8pm
Orders by   FRI     12pm --> Delivery   FRI  4pm-8pm
We will always endeavour to get orders delivered sooner where possible!

Will deliveries be contactless?
Yes, your order will be dropped off at your house without a signature. We will knock and leave the order at the door for you to take in. ​If you live in an apartment, don't want the order left, or if our delivery window doesn't suit, please call or email to arrange another time.
Do I have to be home when you deliver?
We would appreciate it if you could be home during our delivery window (4pm - 8pm) to receive the order.
Can I leave a delivery note?
Yes, you can leave notes at the end of the online ordering process.
What happens if you don't have an item in stock?
In the case that we can’t provide you with an item you have ordered, we will do our best to substitute it with a similar/equivalent product. If we can't substitute the item, we will remove it from your order before we charge you. This way we avoid having to process refunds, and you are only charged for what you get.
